Council, 1917, has now applied the Fugitive Offenders Act, 1881,
to the State of Trengganu, and the Malay States Extradition
Ordinance, 1903, has therefore become wholly unnecessary.
present Ordinance accordingly repeals that Ordinance in so far as
it was net repealed by the Malay States Extradition Amendment
Ordinance, 1917.

3. In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency
the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and
on His behalf.
